Weekdays: 10:00pm-8:00am
Weekends: Midnight - 8:00am
Do You Have Minimum Night Requirement For Reservations?
Yes - there is a 2 day minimum for all Cottage/Cabin rentals at all times, a 2 day minimum for non-holiday weekends and a 3 day minimum for holiday weekends. There are no minimum requirements for RV/Tent sites that reserve Sunday-Thursday.
Do You Have Any Age Requirements To Make A Reservation?
You must be (21) twenty-one years or older to make a reservation. An adult (21) twenty-one years or older must physically occupy the site/cabin for the duration of the reservation, and must be a parent, relative or legal guardian of accompanying minors.
I Have More Than 2 Pets - Can I Still Make A Reservation?
Please call the campground office at 315-365-3000 before making a reservation.
I Have An RV. Can Add A Tent On My RV Site For Additional Guests?
Tents on RV Sites are allowed for an additional fee of $25 (4 day maximum). There's a limit of (6) six guests per site. A $10 fee will be charged for each person above the (6) six allowed.
I Only Have A Tent. Can I Rent An RV Site?
You must have an RV to rent an RV Site. We do not allow tents "only" on RV sites. We have a designated area for tenting.
What Is A Lock Site Fee?
Our reservation system is automated - ensuring that we offer the maximum amount of sites that are available on any given day. At times, your site location may change to an equivalent site type (if you opt not to pay the lock site fee of $3). This happens automatically without alerting campground management. If you want a specific site, we highly recommend paying the lock site fee to avoid a potential site reassignment.
Can I Bring My Own Golf Cart?
Guests may bring their own golf cart but it must be electric and have insurance. Gas golf carts are strictly prohibited. All golf cart drivers must be (18) years of age or older, and must have an active driver's license and valid proof of insurance.
Do You Have Wi-Fi?
Due to limited availability/expansion in our area, Wi-Fi is available at the campground office only. Believe us..we are working on it!
Do you Allow Visitors/Guests?
Absolutely! All guests and visitors must check into the office. Guest fees on Friday and Saturday are $10 per carload, and free Sunday through Thursday. Guests/Visitors must check-in during regular office hours and leave the campground by 11pm. Guests who stay after 11pm must pay for an overnight pass.
Can I Bring Fireworks/Firearms?
Fireworks and firearms/weapons of any kind is strictly prohibited.
Can I Bring My ATV or Dirt Bike?
We do not allow the use of ATV's or Dirt Bikes within the campground, If you planning on riding your ATV or Dirt Bike while in the area - You may bring them but they must remain on your trailer while in the campground at all times.
Can I Bring My Boat?
Absolutely! We welcome it! Please do not park the boat/boat trailer on your site. We have a special location for storing your boat trailers. We also have dock rentals available for $10/day.
Do You Charge A Boat Launch Fee If We Are Staying There?
If you have a reservation with us, the use of our launch is complementary.
Can I Swim In The Canal?
Swimming in our canal is strictly prohibited.
Do You Charge To Use Your Showers?
No - Our showers are free of charge.
How Much Does It Cost To Do Laundry?
We have 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Washers and dryers are both $1.50 per load.
