REFUND POLICY

Cancellation, Refunds and Rescheduling:

Cancellations:

Requests for cancellation/refunds must be received no less that (15) fifteen days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund. Reservations must be cancelled by phone during office hours at (315) 365-3000.

 

Office Hours (Eastern Standard Time):

Monday-Wednesday: 10am-6pm 

Thursday-Friday: 10am-8pm 

Saturday: 9am-8pm 

Sundays: 9am-5pm

Refunds:

Refunds will be issued back in the same form it was originally paid. All credit/debit card transactions will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used. No exceptions. 

Our Refund Policy:

  • 15 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival - 100% Refund

  • 8-14 days prior to your scheduled arrival - 50% Refund.

  • 0-7 days prior to your scheduled arrival - No Refund.

 

Refunds will not be given for:

  • No shows.

  • Early departures.

  • Holiday weekends.

  • Inclement weather.

  • If you are asked to leave the campground.

Rescheduling:​​

We understand that schedules change, and happy to accommodate rescheduling under the following guidelines:

 

Rescheduling RV/Tent Reservations:

  • 15 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival - Can be rescheduled without a rebooking fee.

  • 0-14 days prior to your arrival - Will be subject to a 10% rebooking fee.  Your "rescheduled" reservation will not be eligible for a refund if cancelled. 

Rescheduling Cottage/Cabin Reservations:

  • 15 days or more prior to your scheduled arrival - Can be rescheduled without a rebooking fee.

  • 8-14 days prior to your scheduled arrival - Subject to a 10% rebooking fee.  Your "rescheduled" reservation will not be eligible for a refund if cancelled.  

  • 0-7 days prior to your scheduled arrival - Cannot be rescheduled.
