Our Campground Cancellation Policy
Plans change, we get it. That's why our campground cancellation policy is built to be as clear as possible up front. Cancel at least 15 days before your arrival date and you'll get a full refund, no questions asked. Closer to your arrival, refunds are still possible, but how much depends on your timing and which type of site you've booked, RV and tent sites follow a different tiered schedule than cabins and cottages, both laid out below. All cancellations go through our office by phone: call (315) 365-3000 during business hours to get started.

Requests for cancellation/refunds must be received no less that (15) fifteen days prior to your scheduled arrival date in order to receive a full refund. Reservations must be cancelled by phone during office hours at (315) 365-3000 Prompt 2.
Office Hours (Eastern Standard Time):
Monday-Wednesday: 10am-6pm
Thursday-Friday: 10am-8pm
Saturday: 9am-8pm
Sundays: 9am-5pm
How Refunds Work:
Your refund amount depends on two things: how far out you cancel, and what type of reservation you booked. RV and tent sites follow a three-tier schedule; cabins and cottages follow a simpler two-tier schedule. Both are laid out below so there's no guessing.

What doesn't change, regardless of timing or reservation type:
Refunds are never given for no-shows, early departures, holiday weekends, inclement weather, or if you're asked to leave the campground. These exceptions apply across both RV/tent and cabin/cottage bookings, no tiered exception here, just a flat no.

How do I cancel my reservation?
Call our office at (315) 365-3000 during business hours. Cancellations must be made by phone — we can't process them any other way.
How far in advance do I need to cancel for a full refund?
15 or more days before your arrival date, for both RV/tent sites and cabins/cottages.
What if I cancel an RV or tent site between 8 and 14 days before arrival?
You'll receive a 50% refund. RV and tent sites follow a three-tier schedule based on how close to arrival you cancel.
What if I cancel a cabin or cottage less than 15 days before arrival?
Cabins and cottages follow a simpler two-tier schedule — cancellations less than 15 days out do not receive a refund. There's no partial-refund middle tier for cabins and cottages the way there is for RV and tent sites.
Will I get a refund for bad weather, an early departure, or a no-show?
No. Refunds are never given for no-shows, early departures, holiday weekends, inclement weather, or if you're asked to leave the campground, regardless of your cancellation timing.
How will my refund be issued?
Back to the original form of payment. Credit and debit card transactions are refunded to the same card used, with no exceptions.
